 お父さん世代が子どもの頃に熱中した遊び＜ベーゴマ＞がより複雑に進化し、エンタテインメント性とバトル性をアップさせた新世代ベーゴマ＜ベイブレード＞をフィーチャーした人気ＴＶアニメ「爆転シュート　ベイブレード」の劇場版。ベイブレード日本一に輝いたタカオの前に新たなチャレンジャーが出現、壮絶なバトルが展開する。ベイブレード日本選手権大会に参加したタカオとドラグーンは仲間たちの声援を受け、激闘の末見事日本一に輝いた。しかし、喜びの表彰式の最中に新たなチャレンジャーが現われタカオに挑戦を申し込む。チャレンジャーの名は皇大地（すめらぎだいち）。彼は“ガイアドラグーン”を手に日本一の座を賭けタカオに挑む。ドラグーンｖｓガイアドラグーン。２つのベイがスタジアムで激しく火花を散らし、ぶつかり合う。だが、その戦いが、遠い昔に封印された闇の力を古代遺跡から呼び覚す引き金となってしまう。平和な街に悪夢の力が襲い掛かる……。

 这次特别篇的舞台，是吉宗治世20多年后的江户城。原创系列中年轻的将军吉宗也面临着六十大寿的继承问题。剧中保留了系列的世界观和魅力，在继承问题上摇摆不定的吉宗和江户城内的人们的模样，以及在城下町发生的阴谋漩涡的疑难事件，将被加入新的角色和时代性来描绘。

　　After serving two years on a military outpost in the middle of an ocean – four soldiers are waiting for a new crew to replace them. When the long-awaited boat finally appears, it’s empty with no relief on board.
